Absolute adhesion to: MoldMax, Ampco, Beryllium. Retain thermal conductivity while maximizing abrasion resistance. NTDC is a 78Rc Nodular Thin Dense Chrome that is applied at .000050/.0003". Bath temperature is under 150°F. Will not chip, crack, flake, or peel from the substrate. Coatings can be applied to all ferrous and most non-ferrous substrates.
