USG manufactures a full line of calcium sulfate mineral additives for use in thermosets and thermoplastics. Anhydrous calcium sulfate is extremely white and it is commonly used as a titanium dioxide extender in color concentrates. Calcium sulfate additives are soft and non-abrasive and have moderate acid resistance. Products are GRAS listed and are suitable for food packaging and biodegradable resins.
